Taking time to reflect…

Recently, I celebrated another birthday. The older that I become, I take a moment to reflect on the past year. Several thoughts came to my mind. I had some sad times, where I experienced the lost of some loved ones. I also had some good times, where some of my dreams and goals were accomplished. I did a self inventory of myself. I thought about my strengths and weaknesses and what I could do to become a better person and inspire others to do the same. As I continue on this journey called life, I pause a minute, to thank God for all of his blessings that he bestows upon us daily. The best is yet to come and I’m looking forward to the future.
