As we approach the Thanksgiving season, I am taking time to reflect on why I am thankful. First of all, I am thankful to God for my life. I am thankful for my family and friends. I am thankful that God has allowed me to see some of my dreams come to reality. I was just telling someone today that this year was the year that I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to walk by faith depending on God to lead me in his direction and not my own. I am thankful He has opened so many doors for me. Everyday is not sunshine and on the bad days, He has been with me to comfort me. As we are approaching the holiday season, take time to reflect on this year and why you are thankful. May God bless each of you!

I am a wife, mother, writer and business professional. I published my first fiction book, Broken Vows”. I live in Mississippi. I love reading, writing and spending time with my family. I love to talk to people and offer a word of encouragement. I am stepping out on faith and pursuing one of my dreams of being a published author. I have learned that as long as I have faith, move forward and cast fear out of my mind; I will succeed. Remember Philippians 4:13. I hope my blog touches the lives of all that read it. Feel free to follow me and share with your friends and family. View all posts by Curley West
