Just a word of encouragement

It is hard to believe we are in the month of June. In six months, this year will be coming to an end and we will be starting a new year. There have been so many things to take place that I have never saw in my life like Covid-19. So many people have been affected by this virus. Some have lost jobs, schools closed, and some churches closed. We have had to make adjustments in our normal routines. In addition to the virus, some have had to deal with sickness, death, stress and so many other things. With all of the troubles we are facing, I just wanted to encourage you to not give up. It gets hard sometimes but please keep pressing forward. God is still in control. I thought about this the other day when after the rain and thunderstorm, I saw a beautiful rainbow. It was a reminder of God’s promise to us. He is always with us. He loved us so much that he gave his only son, Jesus to save us. I just wanted to take a moment and share with you what was on my mind. Please stay safe everyone and may God continue to bless you and your family.
