This is a statement I made during my interview with Rhonda Lawson and Gwen Richardson. I was the type of person that let fear prevent me from living my life to the fullest. Sometimes I may have wanted to start a business, learn a new skill, and I talked myself out of it because of what others may think of my ideas. I was afraid I would fail. This is when I didn’t have the faith to put into action what was in my heart and fear won. I am glad to say that today I am no longer that person. I am loving my life and living outside of my comfort zone and it is awesome! I give thanks to God for allowing me this opportunity. I know that sometimes things may not work out and if they don’t, I just know that it wasn’t meant for me and it wasn’t my season and keep it moving. So I encourage you on today, don’t let fear stop you and remember one of my favorite scriptures, Philippians 4:13. I ask you this one question, how do you know if you will ever succeed, if you never try? Have an awesome day!
Fear and faith can’t live in the same house

I am a mother, writer and business professional. I published my first fiction book, Broken Vows”. I live in Mississippi. I love reading, writing and spending time with my family. I love to talk to people and offer a word of encouragement. I am stepping out on faith and pursuing one of my dreams of being a published author. I have learned that as long as I have faith, move forward and cast fear out of my mind; I will succeed. Remember Philippians 4:13. I hope my blog touches the lives of all that read it. Feel free to follow me and share with your friends and family. View all posts by Curley West
