Seeing your dreams coming true….

When you see your dreams unfold before your eyes, it is an exciting feeling. My book is now available for purchase on Amazon and http://www.parsonsporch.com. The title is, “Broken Vows”. It is hard to believe that this dream has finally came true and I am thankful. The book has given me an opportunity to talk with many people. I have enjoyed all of the conversations. I want to thank everyone for your support and words of encouragement. Just remember, if my dreams came true, your dreams can come true also. I encourage you today, to start taking the steps to move forward to what you want in life. Stop making excuse. If you continue to stand in the same spot, you will not ever go any where. I ask you this question, “How do you know if you will ever succeed, if you do not try”? If you fail, learn from it and get back up and try again. I encourage you to make your dreams a reality.

A time and season for all things…

I believe there is a time, season, and purpose for everything in our lives. The Bible speaks of this in Ecclesiastes 3:1. One question that I have been asked multiple times is, “when did you become a writer”? My answer is, “I have been a writer all of my life”. I believe this is my season to share my stories with the world. I do not believe it was my season 10 years ago, but that did not stop me from pursuing my dreams. I kept writing and today I have my first book published. I encourage you all today to keep working hard in all that you do. If you are working toward a goal, and you meet resistance, do not give up. When your season comes, the doors will open for you. When the doors open, walk through them and keep moving forward.

Tell fear good bye

Fear can stop you from achieving your goals. You have to make up your mind to move forward with your dreams. You may face obstacles on your journey to success but keep moving. Just remember, someone else may be going through far worse than you and they are still moving forward. Every day we wake up, we have another chance to get it right. Don’t ever give up!
